Maintenance
- All work is carried out by our friendly, in-house, fully qualified maintenance technicians
- Maintenance visits are scheduled and agreed with you in advance – and of course we’re happy for you to change the time and date of the visit if necessary.
- We’ll save you money by carrying out maintenance only when necessary, depending on your environment and cooling requirements.
- We offer a complete, year round Refrigeration & Air Conditioning maintenance service – especially useful if you operate from a number of sites.
- Every maintenance visit includes a free asset check and our technicians are able to arrange a quotation for any repairs they identify.
- We offer yearly service contracts giving you free labour for the year.
- Pre-planned maintenence visits to make sure your equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.
- We will try to eliminate the breakdowns by keeping your equipment serviced with up to date F-Gas Log Books to keep your business compliant.

• We offer free, no obligation, site surveys and quotations to all of our customers. Our quotes can be bespoke to your requirements and we will take you through the whole process
from start to finish.
F-Gas Compliance
• F gases are fluorinated gases that include HCFCs, HFCs and CFCs used in refrigerated applications and equipment, including air conditioning. Certain F gases have been proven to deplete the ozone layer, whilst others directly contribute to greenhouse gases associated with global warming. EU legislation has been put into place in order to limit the use of these gases, controlling how much F gas is released into the Earth’s atmosphere in an effort to protect the environment. Legally, air conditioning installations and equipment that contain more than 3kg of an F gas refrigerant should be serviced once a year or quarterly if the system contains more than 30kg of F gas, checked for leaks and damage by a contractor certified to work with F gases.

Although only a small business we pride ourselves on a fast, efficient and friendly service.
